Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Epic Owner to lead strategy, definition, and delivery of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM Epics spanning Privileged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services (AD / eDirectory), Enterprise IAM, and Customer IAM (CIAM), partnering with Cybersecurity Leaders, Architects, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities and cybersecurity risk drivers into SAFe Epics and Lean Business Cases aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic Epics, advising on prioritization and continued investment.
• Partner across business, technology, and security stakeholders, influencing without authority to align requirements and outcomes.
• Communicate Epic intent, progress, and value to Domain Leaders, Directors, Executive, SVP, and C-suite leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Drive decision-making, resolve dependencies, and maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Proactively manage Epic health, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and course correction.
• Provide thought leadership on technology choices and contribute to the Cybersecurity Portfolio strategy.

Required Skills / Experience

• Deep expertise in IAM domains: PAM, Directory Services (AD/eDir), Enterprise IAM, CIAM, IGA.
• Proven ability to own IAM Epics end-to-end in a SAFe environment.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Ping, Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM (AWS, Azure, hybrid environments).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SAFe execution, including PI Planning and ART roadmap alignment.
• Experience in JIRA, dashboards, metrics, and optionally PPM tools (Jira Align, Clarity, Planview).
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• Ability to rapidly develop domain expertise and provide strategic recommendations across multiple IAM areas.
